The Confetti Cake Project Rescue Cards are a deck of 22 wallet sized cards with a promise of God on the front and a Bible verse on the back to pair with it. Under each Bible verse it says to breathe in- say the promise- and breathe out, repeating that 3 times. This is to calm the heart, mind, and body. These cards can be kept in your pocket, wallet, purse, room, car, backpack, or anywhere you want! Each deck comes sealed with a plastic container to hold them :)
